Your Questions, Answered.

  • What should I bring?

    More than you think!  More outfits, more accessories, more shoes, more jewellery, more props.  While we provide some items for themed shoots, items of yours to add that personal touch are always best!

  • Where do you shoot?

    Everywhere.  Custom shoots are wherever you and I think will work best.  Themed shoots are done in one location over one or more days.  Hotels, private property (forest/lake/farm), your house, our house, some other house/business.  The possibilities truly are endless.

  • Do you have content days?

    We do!  We very often do content shoots to keep things fresh.  These are TFI (time for images) shoots.  You do not pay for these shoots.  You get images that you can use for personal or portfolio reasons.  We get images that we can use for promotion and proof of concept.  

  • How many pictures will I get?

    Currently, we deal solely in digital imaging.  You will receive high resolution digital images.  The amount will depend on the length of time we shoot.  For a standard shoot, we aim for 5-10.  These photos are yours to use for peronsal or portfolio use.  They cannot be sold or used for commerical purposes unless agreed on ahead of time. 

  • Do you Photoshop the pictures?

    Ah, Photoshop.  Do we use Photoshop, of course.  Are we going to make you look different with it, no.  Sometimes edits to cropping, lighting or blemishes (we don't believe those pimples on shoot day are really you) are done.  Also, sometimes a high ISO filter is applied, depending on grain, but that is just a personal preference. 

  • Will my photos be used in promotion?

    That is completely up to you.  Your photos will not be used by us unless you give us consent to do so.  You can show everyone or you can show no one.  When you are the one making the investment, the art we create is yours to decide who sees it. 

  • Is make-up included?

    Sometimes is really the only way to answer this.  We have worked with make-up artists (MUA) on some theme days.  You will absolutely know at the time of booking if a MUA is going to be included with your shoot. 

  • Do you have a client closet?

    We're proud to offer an ever-expanding client closet, currently featuring around 50 stunning outfits in a range of sizes from XS to 2XL. Our collection is continually growing to ensure we can cater to every need. In addition to the outfits, we also have a diverse selection of props, including exclusive pieces from the renowned Honey Birdette line, adding a touch of luxury to each session.

Commissions

Our pricing for custom shoots is, well, custom.  We will work with you to arrange a commission rate for the project prior to the event. This approach ensures clear communication and alignment with your expectations.

Deposits

Deposits for shoots are essential and are refundable only at our discretion. Time is precious, as it is finite in a lifetime. Refunds are typically considered only if we have to cancel the shoot due to third-party issues that may disrupt the planned arrangements (e.g. unexpected weather, venue cancellations, etc.). Even in such cases, a rescheduled date is preferred, although not always feasible.
